We are in the process of creating a “History Board” that will be sited in the area near Craiglockhart Pond. The board will tell the story of some of the events and characters that are associated with the immediate area.
We are very keen to get find some good quality images of “Happy Valley” in the days when the dance hall, boating pond and curling rinks were still major attractions, so roughly the period from 1890’s through to the 1950’s
